Who we are
ENC7 is operated by Langfang Jingzheng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (廊坊晶正光电技术有限公司), located in the Dachang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Langfang, Hebei Province, China. Since 2007 the company has focused on one thing: the encoder disc, the core element of every optical encoder.
We design and manufacture glass encoder discs, reflective metal encoder discs, PC (polycarbonate) encoder discs and custom discs for encoder makers, servo motor manufacturers, robot builders and instrument companies. We are a manufacturer with our own production lines — not a trading company.
What we do in house
Our core processes are photolithographic patterning, precision laser machining, lapping and polishing, and machine-vision inspection. The full chain — Cr coating, photoresist coating, exposure and development, etching, cleaning, laser cutting, chamfering, inspection, packing and shipping — runs in our own factory.
